What are the camp dates?

What are the hours?

​We offer a Full-Day Option from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm and Half-Day Options from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Additionally, we provide Extended-Care options for your convenience.

What activities will campers do at the camp?

Campers will engage in various art projects involving acrylic paint, watercolor, colored pencils, charcoal, pastels, and clay. Campers will receive lessons on how to use different mediums, draw, shade, blend

 

Will they be engaged in a lot of craft projects?

While we incorporate some small craft activities, our primary emphasis is on drawing, sketching, and painting in various mediums.

 

Will some lessons be too challenging for my child, who is a beginner?

No, we'll guide everyone through each step, ensuring it's appropriate for various age groups.

 

If we sign up for multiple weeks, will the projects be the same each week?

No, every week will feature different projects.

 

Is there time for outdoor activities?

Unfortunately, there isn’t any outdoor time.

 

My child is young and may struggle to stay focused during a full-day camp.

For those concerned that a full-day camp might be too lengthy, we offer half-day options from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:30 pm to 3:30 PM.

What should participants bring?

Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water. We will also provide water on-site. Scheduled snack breaks will be held in the morning and afternoon, with lunch taking from 12:00 to 12:30 PM.

 

Do you supply smocks?

Yes, we do. However, we highly suggest that the campers wear clothing that they don’t mind getting dirty.

 

Are the groups separated by age?

While it may differ weekly based on group size, we typically organize into three separate groups: ages 5-7, 8-9, and 10-12.

 

What is the group size for kids and instructors?

It varies weekly, but typically there are 10–12 children in each group. For the 5-7 and 8-9 age groups, we ensure at least 2 instructors are present, while the 10-12 age group has 1 instructor.

 

Do you offer extended care?

Yes, we provide early drop-off from 8 am to 9 am for $10 per day and extended care from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM for $20 per day.

 

Do they have any activities during the extended care hours?

Although we don’t have specific art projects scheduled during this time, campers can interact with their peers and engage in additional art projects. We suggest that campers bring books and other materials if they wish to do so.

 

Are devices permitted?

Yes, but they may only be used during lunch and extended care.

 

What if you are on the waitlist?

You will first receive a confirmation email stating that your child is on the waitlist. Once a spot becomes available, we will contact you on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If cancellation occurs 15 days or more before the camp session begins, a full refund will be granted, minus a $25 processing fee.

For cancellations made 14 days or less before the start date, a 50% refund is available.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the camp session.

I have a 4.5-year-old child with an older sibling and would like to sign them up together.

We also welcome children aged 4.5 and 13 years old.

 

My child has a medication that must be taken at a specific time.  Could the instructor provide a reminder?
